As the Grant Park Music Festival's 76th season comes to a close, we are celebrated around the world as a model for bringing the highest quality classical music to everyone. For free.
This summer more than 250,000 people experienced live classical music in Millennium Park. Another million heard us on the radio and more than 50 free open rehearsals provided insight into how music is made for thousands of adults and children. It requires passionate supporters, however, to make all this happen.
