Chicago composer Mischa Zupko


Carlos Kalmar and the Grant Park Orchestra perform a classic Brahms thrill ride alongside Zupko’s mashup of gospel, jazz, hip-hop and blues. Commissioned by the Festival to commemorate the Year of Chicago Music, Mischa Zupko’s new work celebrates our city’s legendary music scene. Performers include the children’s chorus Anima, and the world-renowned Grant Park Orchestra Chorus.
