When a Chicago businessman decided to throw a surprise birthday party for his wife, he reached out to the Festival’s group sales team to help organize the perfect celebration for 50 of the couple’s family and friends. We reserved prime seating for the group and helped with the distribution of seating passes and gift bags for the guests as they arrived at the Pavilion on the night of the concert.
