Entrance
All patrons of the Jay Pritzker Pavilion enter on either Randolph or Monroe streets, or through the Millennium Garage. There is no entry to the Pavilion from Michigan Avenue.
All patrons will go through a security screening and bag check. Beer and wine are permitted, metal knives are not. For a complete list of prohibited items, visit the City of Chicago's complete list of prohibited items. The entrance to the Pavilion will open 90 minutes before the concert begins.

The Jay Pritzker Pavilion, including the Seating Bowl and Great Lawn, will be closed prior to live events. Unless otherwise posted, entrances and bag check lines open 90 minutes before the concert begins.

Patron Services
The Patron Services Center is located on the west side of the Pavilion, past the stairs into the Seating Bowl. The Patron Services Center will open 90 minutes before the concert begins.
Reserved Seating
Guarantee your seat with reserved Seating in the front half of the Seating Bowl at the Jay Pritzker Pavilion. Reserved seats are available with a One Night Pass or Membership.
The Seating Bowl
Come early to grab a free seat in the back half of the Seating Bowl at the Jay Pritzker Pavilion. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Food and beverages are welcome, but walkways must remain clear of coolers and picnic baskets.
The Great Lawn
Bring a picnic and a blanket or fold-up chair to enjoy our concerts. With the help of a state-of-the-art sound system, the Grant Park Orchestra and Chorus play all the way to the back of the lawn.
