The holiday season officially gets underway with the lighting of the 109th Annual City of Chicago Christmas Tree. The countdown begins on Friday, November 18 at 6 PM. Be there for music, fireworks, and the lighting of the tree. The tree will remain illuminated through January 8.

November 18 - March 5

One of Chicago's great urban delights—skating in the heart of the city returns (weather permitting). Admission to the ice rink is free but online tickets are required. Free skating lessons are available, made possible by the McDonald’s Active Lifestyles Endowment, and administered by the Millennium Park Foundation.

Spruce up your space and find that perfect gift at the Art Market, featuring works by local artists. The annual Art Market will be located in the Chase Promenade North tent. The Market will feature Chicago-area artists selling jewelry, pottery, drawings, paintings, and more.

The Chicago Children's Choir leads a holiday sing-along at Cloud GateMake your spirits bright! Gather at "The Bean" to sing all your favorite carols led by singers and choruses from around the city.
