Gustav Holst: The Cloud Messenger
Description
Acclaimed violinist and longtime Festival friend Christian Tetzlaff returns to the Jay Pritzker Pavilion to play the poignant and ferociously difficult Violin Concerto by Sir Edward Elgar. Carlos Kalmar brings out the Grant Park Chorus for The Cloud Messenger, a ravishingly beautiful rarity by Gustav Holst.
