The special concert features Academy Award, Emmy and Grammy-winning artist and South Side native Common performing alongside the Grant Park Orchestra conducted by Anthony Parnther. Hear hit songs like Testify/Prince, Go/Chaka Khan, The Light, Glory, and more.

The evening will culminate with a fireworks display to celebrate Millennium Park’s 20th Anniversary.

Here's what you need to know:

  • There are a few Premium Reserved Seats remaining, available for a donation to the Grant Park Music Festival.
  • Seating on the Great Lawn is free and open to the public, first-come, first-served!
  • Online reservations are required for the Seating Bowl. Free Reserved Seats in the back half are no longer available.
  • Don't be late—Free Reserved Seats will be released at 8 PM (Premium Reserved Seats will not be released)
  • No outside alcohol—beer and wine can be bought at the Pavilion
  • Ticketholder entrances are located at Randolph and Monroe

Sit close to the stage and support the Festival with a premium reserved seat. All premium reserved seats are $125, are fully tax-deductible, and benefit the Grant Park Music Festival's summer of free programming in Millennium Park.
