Health & Safety

Current Capacity: Normal

All visitors must agree to and abide by all safety rules in order to gain admission to Festival events inside the Jay Pritzker Pavilion.

While face masks are no longer required for patrons who are fully vaccinated, they are recommended for those who are not fully vaccinated—unless actively eating or drinking while seated.

Concessions and restrooms are available on the eastern and western sides of the park. We ask that you use the facilities closest to you and refrain from crossing the center aisle.

All staff will wear masks. Seating passes will be contactless, issued in the form of a barcode to be printed at home or displayed on your smartphone. Ushers will scan your seating pass upon entry to the Pavilion. Program books for Festival concerts are available in a digital format. Pre-concert lectures will be available on our YouTube channel.

Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the venue for your use. Seats will be sanitized prior to events.
