Plan Your Classic Chicago Experience

The Grant Park Music Festival is where the city catches its breath while the setting takes its breath away.

Welcome to the Neighborhood!

The Jay Pritzker Pavilion in Millennium Park

Chicago is a neighborhood of music lovers and a visit to the Grant Park Music Festival is an excursion to a culturally courageous tradition in an out-of-this-world setting.

Getting to Millennium Park is easy with public transit, parking, and cyclist-friendly amenities all nearby the Jay Pritzker Pavilion.

Concerts in the Jay Pritzker Pavilion offer free seating on the Great Lawn or in the back half of the Seating Bowl. The seating closest to the stage is reserved for members, groups, and one night pass holders.

Our lawn is like one giant block party and picnicking is a popular activity for many. You can purchase refreshments in the park, or you can bring your own picnic. Since the Festival is located in the heart of Chicago, there are also plenty of places to dine nearby.

Every summer is a 10-week music adventure and we invite you to learn more about the music and artists with our Festival Connect opportunities, including pre-concert lectures and open rehearsals.
